Prior to the start of project fulfillment – 30 calendar days after purchase: 100% of the purchase price. The author is not eligible for a refund after the project has started.
NOTE: A project begins when the Author’s materials (including the signed Wordsmith Press and Media agreement form) are received, or when we or a third-party contractor begin work on the Service, whichever comes first.
